Orientation is a week away on Tuesday, September 3* at all Fanshawe locations!

If you're starting at Fanshawe this fall, you should have received a few emails about Orientation by now. If you've missed the emails, you can click to get caught up on orientation here.

 

Orientation is the first day of your college experience and you do not want to miss it!

Your Program Orientation

This is the top priority for the day

  • Meet your faculty and instructors
  • Meet other students
  • Hear an overview of your program
  • Learn what the expectations are for you as a student
  • Learn what resources are available to help you be successful

Fall orientation

Get things done!

Orientation is your day to complete your checklist, so you can focus on classes once they begin.

Get your FANCard, student planner and Frosh Kit

  • London Campus – J Gym 3
  • London Downtown Campus – Downtown Campus Store
  • Regional Campuses – will be covered during orientation

Get your course materials

  • Pro-tip 1:  buy online and skip the line
  • Pro-tip 2: if you're around the weekend before orientation (August 31 and September 1), visit the Campus Store – it's often still quiet

Find your classes      

  • Staff in red or white Fanshawe shirts will be all around to help you out.

 

Complete your fee payment

  • This is due by the 10 day of term (please note depending on your choice of payment method, it could take up to five business days to process, so leave yourself enough time).
  • If you are receiving OSAP, it will be directed to your tuition first. You are responsible for any additional fees not covered by your OSAP by the 10 day of term.

 

Check on your OSAP

  • For information about your disbursements and funding, log on to your OSAP account on the OSAP website and go to the “Check Status” section.
  • Prefer to talk to someone in person? Visit the Financial Aid Office E2020

*Orientation for Early Childhood Education (Fast Track) – Weekend is September 7 at 9 a.m. in B1079.
Orientation for English for Academic Purposes is August 29 or 30 at 12:30 p.m. in B1073.
Orientation for General Arts and Science – 1 Year (English Language Studies) is August 29 or 30 at 12:30 p.m. in B1073.
Orientation for Personal Support Worker will be held during the first scheduled class.
