Client/Patient Communication

Communication the process by which, information is exchanged between the sender and receiver. This includes six aspects: sender, message, method, receiver, feedback, and influences. Non-verbal communication is also referred to as 'body language.' Students will further enhance and gain knowledge by learning the methods of sending messages without using speech or writing, Non-verbal communication is primarily unconscious and is believed to be more honest than verbal communication.
