  1. Once your Inbound Exchange Student Application form is received you will be registered at Fanshawe College and sent your official Letter of Admission. Your Letter of Admission (LoA) will outline your semester start and end dates and is necessary for your entry to Canada.
  1. You will be contacted by the Fanshawe International Exchange Coordinator with instructions on how to select your courses, apply for accommodation, and prepare for your time at Fanshawe. You will be sent an ancillary fee invoice approximately 2 months prior to the start of your exchange term. You must pay your ancillary fees before arriving at Fanshawe College. Ancillary fees are for all Fanshawe students. Exchange students are only required to pay partial ancillary fees that primarily cover the cost of their unlimited City of London student bus pass.
