Susan Garner is a Professor at the Kinlin School of Business. She joined the faculty in 2014.
Jenn earned a BA in Recreation and Leisure Studies/Business Option from The University of Waterloo and a Master of Industrial Relations from Queen’s University. She earned her CHRL designation in 2008 (taking four of her HR courses from Fanshawe College through continuing education).
Prior to joining Fanshawe, Professor Garner worked at TD Bank and Canada Trust. There she led large teams as a Branch Manager and Contact Centre Manager, and held strategic senior roles in project management, operations, customer experience, learning and development, and business analytics.
Susan also has extensive experience directing and acting in theatre, and leading workshops in public speaking. Susan volunteers in the not-for-profit sector.
