Overview

QuickBooks Level 1

This course is an introduction to QuickBooks 2015. Over the course of 14 weeks, you will learn how to make General Journal entries, enter payroll transactions, as well as enter Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable transactions. We will also look at various reports used to analyze a business's financial activity. This is a RIBO certified program. Computer Software Requirements: Software required: Registration information for the student trial version of QuickBooks 2016 Accountant Desktop software is provided in the required textbook. Students cannot use the MAC edition of the software as it does not contain Canadian content. Students must have a computer with one of the following operating systems, Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista (SP2 or later).
