Smart Serve

This training program gives liquor servers information they need to understand and implement the skills of responsible service. Upon completion, servers will be able to recognize the signs of intoxication; know their responsibilities and obligations under the law; how to create a hospitable environment by promoting non-alcoholic beverages and food, encouraging alternative transportation. This program replaces SIP and is the course approved by the LLBO.
