In this course students analyze the various factors that impact quality in the field of Early Childhood Education. Roles and responsibilities of the varying levels of government, social policy and related legislation and regulations are examined. Leadership in human resources management, the role of the director and program evaluation tools are explored, as means of ensuring quality. In this course, students will have the opportunity to integrate and consolidate theoretical and practical learning while applying their philosophy of Early Childhood Education.
