Sustainability Practices

Sustainability is the notion that an activity can be sustained or continued indefinitely without depleting resources. This course will provide an overview of the principles of sustainability and will familiarize students with a number of environment sustainability initiatives and practices. Students will be able to articulate the benefits of developing sustainable business practices; analyse existing practices, and critique the use of depletable vs. renewable resources.
