Fitness Boxing

Get comfortable with being uncomfortable! Jab - Cross Jab - Uppercut - Hook - Knee - Kick! Combining HIIT style training with shadowboxing and partner work, train the upper and lower body, core and cardio. Equipment is provided but students are encouraged to bring their own focus pads, boxing gloves, weights and yoga mats. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
