Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a graceful form of exercise that uses a series of slow, focussed movements and deep breathing to promote stretching and stress reduction. Often described as "meditation in motion", Tai Chi is self-paced, non-competitive and can be performed by people of all fitness levels.
