Join the experts from Wildlife Gardening as we discuss collecting and preparing wild plants (and a few fungi) common to the forests, fields, wetlands and cities of Southwestern Ontario. We will cover native and alien species, ethics, locations and scouting, poisonous species, harvesting, preparation and more. Learn recipes to keep and plant species to avoid.
