Cooking With Cannabis

Come see what all the buzz is about when it comes to cooking with cannabis. We will cover proper decarboxylation, cooking techniques, dosages, health and safety. Participants will make cannabis butters, oils, sugars and tinctures for personal medical and recreational use. This is a show and tell course - no cooking will be done in class. Students will have weekly homework cooking assignments, which they will receive feedback in the following class. No consumption of cannabis products will take place during class.
