A Geography of Planet Earth

This course has been designed to acquaint the student with the fundamental aspects of the lands and waters of the Earth. In particular, "A Geography of Planet Earth" will examine the parts of the earth and the physical regions of the Earth. Attention will be paid to the man-made lines used to navigate around the Earth and to the countries of the Earth. The lesson topics include lakes, rivers, volcanoes, mountains, glaciers, and continental ice sheets, deserts, great plains and grasslands, oceans, islands, lines and countries.
