Food Handler Certificate

Introduction to Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), Microbiology and its Relation to Food Preparation, Personal Hygiene, Product Flow Charting, Dishwashing, Pest Control, Sanitation and Enforcement. On successful completion participants will receive a food handler certificate.
