Food Handler Certification

Offered in co-operation with the Oxford County Board of Health, this new, expanded course covers the following topics: Introduction to Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), Microbiology and its Relation to Food Preparation, Personal Hygiene, Product Flow Charting, Dishwashing, Pest Control, Sanitation and Enforcement. On successful completion participants will receive a certificate from Fanshawe College and the Oxford County Board of Health. This program satisfies Ministry of Health guidelines for safe food
