Food Handler Certification

Offered in co-operation with the Haldimand-Norfolk Health Unit, this new course covers the following topics: Introduction to Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), Microbiology and its Relation to Food Preparation, Product Flow Charting, Dishwashing, Pest Control, Sanitation, and Enforcement. On successful completion, participants will receive a certificate from Fanshawe College and the Haldimand-Norfolk Health Unit. This program satisfies Ministry of Health guidelines for safe food.
