Human Resources professionals are often called upon to implement and support the organizational development and change process. This course examines the effect of change in organizations and the challenges with organizational development. Topics include strategies for implementing change effectively and dealing with resistance to change, the role of culture and learning in the organization and how OD interventions can facilitate change and innovation.
