Pilates for Seniors

Pilates for seniors is a Pilates Mat class that focuses on using the core muscles to address the postural issues that all of us face as we grow older. In this class we will focus on strengthen these muscles to help with these issues as well as helping to improve balance. You will need a yoga/pilates mat as well as wearing comfortable clothing that you can easily move in.
