Learning to Learn Online is a course that helps you prepare for online learning success at Fanshawe by introducing you to the online learning environment and your role as a learner within it. As you come to understand yourself as a self-directed learner, you will also be introduced to effective learning strategies: time management for online learners, information management, professional communication, and reading strategies. Fanshawe’s IT Services are here to support your learning by assisting you with resolving any technical issues you are experiencing. Below are the methods you can use to contact IT Services. Be sure to have your student number ready before you contact them. If you do not know your student number contact your Dual Credit Teacher or Dual Credit College Professor. When you have made contact with someone in IT Services be sure to let them know that you are a student in a Dual Credit course.
