The Hair Stylist program is designed to give the students the skills necessary to become professional hair stylists. Graduates of the program will have completed all of the classroom hours necessary for their trade certificate. Graduates will also have the information and skills necessary to start their own business upon completion of their apprenticeship practicals.Applicant Selection Criteria
Where the number of eligible applicants exceeds the available spaces in the program, the Applicant Selection Criteria will be:- Preference for Permanent Residents of Ontario.
- Receipt of Application by February 1st.
- Achievement in the Admission Requirements.
Other Information
- The Hair Stylist program is offered over three consecutive 16 week levels. Students entering the program in September will complete the program in August and students entering the program in January will complete the program in December. Students should plan to be in the program for 12 consecutive months.
