Office of the Registrar renovations – February 2026

The Office of the Registrar will undergo construction to the front lobby from Tuesday, February 17 to Friday February 27, 2026.

During this time, Office of the Registrar in-person services will be temporarily relocated to the Canada Life Village Square (room F1027, Red Zone). Virtual services such as LiveChat, phone and email will continue to serve students as normal.

Our office hours for in-person and virtual services will remain the same: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Please note: credentials will not be available for pickup or delivery during this time.

Advising Centre:

During this time, in person Advising Centre appointments will be temporarily held in the Library Learning Commons (LLC9 and LLC10).
