Join the Student Wellness Centre for the United in Fitness Challenge this January!

Registration opens December 8!

This challenge will test your cardiovascular fitness and strength. With an emphasis on conditioning style training, you will be required to complete all the required repetitions and exercises as team as quickly as possible. The virtual challenge will be a bit different, encouraging participants to complete as many repetitions as possible on each day of the virtual challenge.
