Use of fake or forged medical notes
Important notice from Campus Security Services
The use of fake, purchased, or altered medical notes—sometimes known as Verification of Illness (VOI) forms—is a matter of serious concern at Fanshawe College.
Some students may attempt to avoid exams or assignment deadlines by submitting forged documents. However, this action constitutes a criminal offence, a violation of the Student Code of Conduct, and a serious academic offence.
