Fanshawe students, share your voice in the Student Watch Survey for a chance to win up to $1,000
Fanshawe students are invited to take part in the annual Student Watch Survey, conducted by OnCampus Research. This important study helps colleges across Canada and the U.S. to better understand student attitudes, behaviours and needs related to course materials—including textbooks, digital resources and other materials required for your classes.
Completing the survey takes about 15 minutes, and your feedback plays a meaningful role in shaping Fanshawe’s future decisions around textbooks, course materials and academic supports.

Why your participation matters
By completing the Student Watch Survey, you help Fanshawe gain a clearer picture of:
- What students value in their course materials
- How much students are spending
- Preferences around class formats
- Academic challenges affecting student learning
- Overall perceptions of materials required across programs
Your responses will be included in a school‑specific report shared with Fanshawe. This allows the College to compare trends with other institutions and consider improvements to policies, purchasing options, and academic resources.
What you could win
Students who complete the survey will be entered to win:
- A $50 gift card
- A $1,000 grand prize gift card (awarded across all participating schools)
Your privacy
Your participation is voluntary. All responses are confidential, and no personal information is collected. Results are published only in aggregate, and no attempt is being made to sell anything to you.
Survey deadline
The survey closes March 6, 2026.
