Fanshawe's on-campus pharmacy will permanently close as of Friday, April 24.
To transfer any of your files to another pharmacy, please contact the Fanshawe Pharmacy prior to April 24.
After April 24, all files will be transferred to Western's On-Campus Pharmacy.
The pharmacy apologizes for any inconvenience and thanks patients for their years of support.
