Parking rate increases - September 1, 2026

Starting September 1, 2026, Fanshawe will begin a gradual increase to parking rates at the London Campus. A chart outlining the new rates can be found below. HST is included in all rates.

Fanshawe recognizes that the parking cost increases may have an impact on students and employees. This change reflects rising operating and maintenance costs associated with managing parking infrastructure and services across campus.

The updated parking rates will be implemented over a two-year period, with this year representing the first phase. This gradual approach avoids a larger, sudden increase while supporting long-term financial sustainability.
