The College recognizes the importance of providing employees with the opportunity to pursue professional development activities that will offer support in becoming current in their field, increase their credentials, or enhance their ability to deliver quality service and further the mission and goals of the College.

Each year, a number of professional development leaves are granted to support employees in their effort to pursue College-approved academic, industrial, or other community related activities that will enhance the ability of the employee.
