Down from 14.5% in 2019, Fanshawe's Indigenous Institute has cut the gap between Indigenous and non-Indigenous student retention by more than half in four years. Your support keeps that progress going.
Your donation supports the Indigenous Leadership and Community Impact Award: a renewable award valued at up to $3,000 per student, available to self-identified First Nation, Non-Status First Nation, Métis, and Inuit students entering the first level of their program.
Recipients also participate in a series of activities, workshops, and learning opportunities designed to support cultural continuity, helping students stay connected to their identity and community throughout their academic journey.
