Operations Update: Career and Employment Services' Aylmer Office

Update: March 22 at 10:45 a.m.

Fanshawe’s Career and Employment Services office at 20 Talbot Street East in Aylmer is open and providing full service today following a temporary closure due to a fire that caused extensive damage to a nearby building.

Vehicle access to the front of the building is disrupted by the closure of Talbot Street.

Employees, clients and students can access the front and back entrances on foot.

Fanshawe’s Career and Employment Services office at 20 Talbot Street East in Aylmer is temporarily closed following a fire yesterday that caused extensive damage to a nearby building.

Fanshawe’s office is undamaged, but police have closed Talbot Street until at least the afternoon of March 21.

Employees have been advised to work from home and not re-enter the building until further notice.

Clients and students have been contacted to reschedule appointments, or move them online.
