Fanshawe has three apartment-style residences which can accommodate almost 1220 students and a townhouse complex which can house approximately 400. For more information see the Residence website at http://www.fanshawec.ca/residence.

What do I do if I have problems with my landlord?
- Tenant rights
For information on your rights as a tenant in Ontario go to the website of the Landlord and Tenant Board http://www.ltb.gov.on.ca/. They have many brochures which may be printed off. Also, the library at Fanshawe College has information on landlord and tenant rights and responsibilities. Just ask at the Information Desk.
- Legal advice
If you require legal advice you may wish to contact Community Legal Services which provides free legal advice and representation to members of the community, and to Fanshawe College and Western students.
