Fanshawe students and employees, along with first responders from around our region, will participate in a training exercise at the College’s London Campus (1001 Fanshawe College Blvd.) on Thursday, May 1 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event allows for an evaluation of the College’s emergency response plan while providing a platform to evaluate Fanshawe’s Advanced Care Paramedic students.
The exercise will simulate a mass-casualty incident. There will be visible and audible effects and emergency response vehicles on site during the exercise. Fanshawe would like the community to be aware of the exercise to avoid members of the public being concerned about an actual emergency incident at the College.
