The student-produced show on Fanshawe TV, Food for Thought, has been picked up by Rogers TV.
The show will be broadcast on January 23 at 6:30 p.m., with London Mayor Josh Morgan as the first guest.
Two additional broadcasts are also scheduled, featuring:
- Chief Thai Truong – London Police Service
- Graham Henderson – London Chamber of Commerce
The program is recorded at The Chef's Table, which is part of the School of Tourism, Hospitality and Culinary Arts at Fanshawe’s downtown campus in London.
Food for Thought will be broadcast on Rogers:
- Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. (premiere for each episode)
Shows are also repeated on:
- Mondays at 1 p.m.
- Wednesdays at 11 a.m.
- Fridays at 6 p.m.
Food for Thought will also air on 106.9 The X
- Sundays at 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Food for Thought is a collaboration between the students and faculty in several different Fanshawe programs, with contributions from Culinary Management, Food and Beverage Management, Broadcast Radio and Media Production, Broadcast Journalism – Multimedia, Broadcast Television Production and Media Operations, Digital Media Design, Public Relations – Corporate Communications, and Digital Communication Management.
Broadcasting – Television and Film Production students run Fanshawe TV, which strives to accurately reflect the many viewpoints of the College community through its programming.
