Managing Project Risk and Stakeholders

This course is the second in a three-part project management series and introduces two key knowledge areas from the PMBOK® Guide – 6th Edition: Project Risk Management and Project Stakeholder Management. Designed for learners new to these topics, the course outlines essential processes needed to effectively plan, manage, and monitor project risks and stakeholder engagement. Participants will learn how to identify and analyze project risks, plan and implement appropriate responses, and monitor risk throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, they will explore how to identify stakeholders, plan and manage engagement strategies, and ensure ongoing communication and involvement to support project success.
Project Implementation and Closure

This course is the third in a three-part project management series and focuses on the implementation and closure phases of a project, based on the PMBOK® Guide – 6th Edition. Designed for those with no prior project management experience, the course introduces the processes essential for executing and completing a project successfully. Participants will learn how to direct and manage project work, acquire resources, and develop and lead project teams. The course also covers managing project knowledge, quality, communication, stakeholder engagement, procurement, and risk response. Finally, learners will explore how to monitor project progress and formally close a project or project phase.
