Industrial Perspectives Survey

Break Barriers. Build Futures.

The ConnectHER team is gathering insights from employers, labour, and industry partners across Canada to help us better understand the realities faced by women in the skilled trades. We want to know what’s working, where barriers remain, and how we can move forward together.

The survey takes 10 minutes to complete and is open to anyone in the trades community – supervisors to apprentices, HR to jobsite crews. All responses are anonymous and confidential.
