Resilience At Work
In this workshop, participants learn to assess their own individual mindset by looking at the factors that support or detract from their own and the organization’s resilience. They learn to become change agents and agile leaders within the business.
Dealing With Change Effectively
In this workshop, participants develop strategies to effectively communicate the business reasons driving the need for change. They also gain and apply an understanding of the human side of change by examining reactions and emotions both within themselves and others.
Managing conflict is an essential skill in every workplace. In this workshop, participants will learn de-escalation techniques and understand the cycle of aggression, from both the client and the staff's point of view. This will help participants manage conflict and situations more effectively through body language, listening skills, and personal space.
Mental Health First Aid
Intended for adults interacting with adults (18 years and older), this workshop focuses on the four most common mental health disorders including substance related, mood related, anxiety and trauma related, and psychotic disorders. Participants who take this workshop are well prepared to interact confidently about mental health with their family, friends, communities, and workplaces.
