Module 2: Guiding Data-Driven Leadership

Today’s leadership needs data-driven leadership. Data-driven leadership makes you see further ahead allowing you to make more informed decisions. You will see the force multiplying impact your leaders have on your organization, your market and your employees. You will see what works and what doesn’t. You will develop a holistic understanding of what data-driven leadership looks like, its impact on your culture, and the strategies you need to develop it. With this understanding you will learn the capacities, competencies, and communications that leadership needs to best support data-driven business management through your entire business lifecycle. And to ensure your success, you will know how to integrate data officers and data-driven decision making into your leadership teams to ensure you have the leaders your organization needs.
 


Module 3: Designing Data-Driven Management

1 Day

The right organizational design is data-driven management. Data-driven management is when management supports all of its activities, prioritization, planning, improvements, and innovations with facts and data taken from both inside and outside the organization. You will explore the nuts and bolts of what data-driven management looks like, what’s required to develop it, and the work structure needed to support it. Using these nuts and bolts you will understand how to incorporate the needed business capabilities, infrastructures, opportunity identification, skills, algorithms, and bodies of knowledge into your organization to best support data-driven business management. Then using all of these you will develop the expertise needed to integrate data assets and data offices into your other offices; your financial, change, risk, and project/program offices; so you have both an efficient and high productivity organization.
 


Module 4: Producing Data-Driven Teams

1 Day

The right teams are data-driven teams. Data-driven employees consume and produce data as part of their job. You will understand what data-driven employees are, their competencies, and the skills they use while doing their day to day while supporting data-driven business management. For that day to day you will know the data-driven and algorithm skills needed for your leaders, business development, managers, project managers, analysts, and programmers. And to keep your talent on track you will learn how to hire, develop, and transition the right data-driven workers and right data scientists to support your organization.
