Certifications

Designed for both experienced and new employees training and certification to safely operate various vehicles.

 

Crane Theory

Participants will learn about all aspects of operating procedures for bridge, jib, or gantry cranes including all applicable legislative requirements. The knowledge received by each operator will assist them in safe and effective operation of this equipment.


 

Forklift Safety Training

Train to operate various types of forklifts safely. Classroom and practical experience will prepare you to write the certification exam. Included in the course is the Propane Handling, which certifies a driver to handle and change fuel tanks on the forklift.


 

Ozone Layer Protection Program

Participants will be eligible to write the Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada (HRAI) exam at the end of the course. Upon successful completion, HRAI will issue inter-provincial certification in CFC/HCFC/HFC Controls and register the participant on the national database.

Transportation of Dangerous Goods

Participants will learn various classifications of TDG, documentation requirements, safety marks, means of containment, and emergency action plans among other topics according to the Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) Act.


 

Scissor Lift Operator Training

This course meets all standards and legislation. All operators will gain a deep understanding of the safe operation and inherent dangers associated with aerial man lifts.


 

Zoom Boom Operator Training

This course meets and exceeds all standards and legislation relating to the safe operation of mobile aerial lifting devices.
