Executive Coaching Package
Coaching is an integral part of the assessment process. The continued support of coaching with appropriate programming focused on personal development, performance improvement and succession planning, will assist professionals in their career development.
Professionals will have access to a team of experienced coaches and external subject matter experts to leverage multiple perspectives for targeted development. The coaching process will focus on understanding underlying challenges, identifying desired outcomes and achieving measurable goals.

- Six months Executive Coaching Package includes:
- Two-hour Discovery Foundation Session
- Personality Assessment and Debrief
- SIGMA’s® SIGMAradius: a comprehensive 360° feedback solution
- Creation of a Leadership Development Plan
- 12 hours of one-on-one coaching over six months
- Personalized telephone coaching on issues that arise between sessions
