GAP1/GAS1 Math Assessment 

Important Information

General Arts and Science is pleased to offer the following MATH courses. In most cases, we recommend the following sequence.

  • MATH-3068: Theory to Practice - this is a beginner-level course that is equivalent to a 10C credit

  • MATH-3069: College Qualifying Math - this is a 12C course equivalent to MAP4U

  • MATH-3069: Calculus & Vectors - this is a 12U course equivalent to MCV4U OR
  • MATH-3080: Advanced Functions - this is a 12U course equivalent to MHF4U

Please note that the following course can be taken out of sequence without special permission.

  • MATH-3097: Data Management - this is a 12U course equivalent to MDM4U (no pre-requisites)

Tentative Offerings

MATH-3068 and MATH-3069 are offered online and in-person every semester (Fall, Winter & Summer).

MATH-3079 is offered online only in the Winter semester. It is not offered in the Fall or Summer semester.

MATH-3080 is offered in-person only in the Winter semester. It is offered online only in the Summer semester. It is not offered in the Fall semester.

MATH-3097 is offered in-person only in the Fall semester. It is offered online only in the Winter semester. It is not offered int he Summer semester.

Selecting MATH Courses
