Environmental Services
In this course, students will explore the operations and responsibilities of an environmental services department in a retirement residence or long-term care facility, including principles of emergency planning and management, preventative maintenance, safe work practices and effective infection control measures, energy conservation and waste management, and effective scheduling and staffing assignments. This course is offered asynchronous online, through OntarioLearn.
