Domestic Students
Each term, you will receive an invoice along with information on your specific fees and due dates.
International Student Fee Dates & Payment Options
International students have unique deposit and tuition fee due dates and payment options.
When and how do I pay?
At Fanshawe College, students are invoiced for fees prior to each term they are going to attend (we call it "single term billing").
Students receive a fee invoice each term with their total tuition, fees, and payment due dates. Each term has a non-refundable deposit deadline and a final payment deadline. The deposit is applied to your tuition balance.
Level 1 Students
First-year students or students in a new program. A registration package with full information about fees and payment options is mailed to each level 1 student (i.e. first level of a new program, even if you were a student before). Part-time Ontario College Credential students will receive this information via email.
Returning Students
An invoice will be emailed to each student in level two or higher (whether continuing your studies or changing to an upper level of a different program based on advanced standing, academic credit or PLAR).
Fee Dates
Students will receive an invoice communication each term, providing specific fees and due dates. Dates are subject to change.

Payment Options
Fanshawe College has partnered with Flywire to offer a secure and streamlined way to pay your fees. This option includes several payment methods, including credit card, debit card, EFT and bank transfer. Some of these options will include processing service fees that will be clearly indicated when paying, whereas other options have no service fee.
How to make a payment online:
- Go to WebAdvisor and log in using your Student ID. Select “Pay on my account”. This will bring you to the Flywire payment portal.
- Confirm or input the amount to pay and select your preferred payment method from the options provided.
- Enter some basic information to initiate your payment booking. You will have the option to create a Flywire account.
- Follow the instructions provided to send funds to Flywire.
- Track your payment by logging into your Flywire account at any time. Receive text and email status updates each step of the way, including a confirmation when your payment has been delivered to the College.
Please note that payment method processing times vary. Approved credit card payments have the quickest processing time and typically appear in your student account within two days. Other payment methods typically take a few business days to appear in your student account. Ensure that you pay before the payment deadline to avoid late fees.

- If you are having difficulties paying online or at your bank, contact the Office of the Registrar at 519-452-4277.
Please note: Fanshawe College does not accept in-person or phone payments for full-time or part-time student tuition.
- Only Continuing Education students may register and pay by phone using Visa or Mastercard credit cards. They may also choose our online checkout process.
Refunds
In the event a refund is required, the payment will be returned to the person making the payment via the method used for the original transaction (e.g. if paid by credit card, the refund is returned to the same credit card).
Late Fees
Avoid the late fee of $150 by paying your tuition fees in full on or before the 10th day of term. Late fees are a $150 one-time flat fee (applied on the 11th day of term with standard start dates).
Note: If you are charged a late fee and do not pay your balance by the end of the term, you will be blocked from future registrations. Unpaid debts may be sent to collections, where they can accrue interest and negatively impact your credit rating.
