Hear from a Mentee

In 2023 I made the decision to change my career path and returned to Fanshawe for the Project Management post-graduate program. As a Fanshawe Alumni, I was familiar with Career Services and the support they offered to students. The Career Services team was responsive and informative. They walked me through the mentoring program and conducted an assessment to ensure my mentorship experience aligned with my career aspirations.
My mentor provided me with real-world insights and prospective into my future career. She understood the challenges of changing career paths and guided me through interview preparation. Participating in the mentoring program was one of the best decisions I made.
