Assessing Risk

This course introduces students to the key methods for assessing and managing various types of risks, including both common and newer risks encountered by organizations. Students will learn practical assessment techniques, such as root cause analysis, which can be applied to different risk categories like hazard, operational, financial, and strategic risks. The course also covers the comparison of different risk management strategies, helping students understand the advantages of each approach.
