Remote Signing of Estate Planning Documents provides learners with an understanding of the changes to current estate legislation including a review of the enacting statute, and the processes and standards involved to for an estate planning practice. Learners will gain hands-on experience navigating e-laws and applying legislation to office procedures with an emphasis on best practices.
