Management is a dynamic discipline full of rewards and challenges. Students preparing for a management position need to understand the broad dimensions that such a position will encompass. This introductory course is intended to better prepare the business student for the significant changes that are taking place while managing an organization in the 21st Century. This course will focus on the basic four-function approach of being a manager also incorporating the various aspects of organization theory.
