Health Assessment Through the Lifespan

Health Assessment Through the Lifespan develops health assessment skills for nursing practice in Ontario. Learners will conduct inclusive, and culturally safe subjective and objective assessments-including health history, vital signs, physical examination, and system-based assessments through the lifespan. This course emphasizes documentation, regulatory standards, professional communication, and ethical, legal considerations central to competent nursing practice.
