Oral Health Clinic

Fanshawe’s state‑of‑the‑art Oral Health Clinic gives Dental Hygiene and Dental Assisting students a fully equipped, real‑world environment to build their clinical skills. The clinic features 16 modern operatories, a dental radiography suite with the latest digital imaging technology, and simulation labs with fully functional mannequin stations, allowing students to practice instrument use, ergonomics, sterilization, and infection control procedures in a safe, supervised setting.

MRT Lab

Students in the Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Medical Radiation Technology programs gain hands‑on experience in imaging labs equipped with industry‑standard scanning technology. Applying to Fanshawe’s OPA program was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The hands-on approach coupled with exceptional teachers helped ensure my success. After completing the program, I had the skill set and knowledge to work with a diverse population of patients. I’m currently an OTA/PTA at Parkwood Institute in London, working with stroke, spinal cord injury, and medically complex patients.
