If baking is your passion, or you are looking for a way to turn your creative hobby into an in-demand and rewarding career, Fanshawe’s Baking and Pastry Arts program will give you the skills to turn your dreams into reality. Our graduates are award-winning bakers, chefs and entrepreneurs, and you’ll train with expert Pastry Chefs & Bakers in state-of-the-art facilities. Graduate with a two-year Fanshawe College diploma and additional certification from our partner school, the Richemont Centre of Excellence.

If you have a passion for food and nutrition management, dietetics and coaching others, you can become a leader in food services with Fanshawe’s Nutrition and Food Service Management program. This two-year Ontario College Diploma program is for foodies who want to learn more about nutrition or for those looking to pursue a career in health care and other related food services.

Golf and Club Management (Co-op) is a two-year diploma program that focuses on the fundamentals to manage and operate a golf or recreational club. Apply the knowledge you learned in the classroom to a co-op work experience with professionals in the field. Graduates of this program can explore numerous career opportunities in the growing golf and club industry.
