Business - Accounting

This diploma in accounting will teach you how to support and assist with key decision-making throughout any organization. You'll learn various areas of accounting expertise including financial reporting, auditing, tax and management accounting. Where Fanshawe's Lawrence Kinlin School of Business diploma in accounting differentiates from what other colleges offer is that we teach students the most current accounting theories and tools employers use, allowing you to be job-ready on day one of your new career.

Business - Accounting (Co-op)

This accounting co-op program will introduce you to accounting principles and concepts. You’ll learn to examine business from multiple angles and how to maximize your unique skill set. You’ll be taught by industry professionals how to balance the books in the manufacturing and merchandising sectors, banks, and other financial institutions. You’ll also learn how to analyze numbers in public accounting firms and federal, provincial, and municipal government offices by using cutting-edge accounting software.

Business Administration - Human Resources

Build on your diploma in human resources with this human resources advanced diploma program. You’ll acquire and demonstrate industry-standard skills and dive deeper into core HR functional areas: recruitment and selection, training and development, human resources planning, occupational health and safety, HR management, compensation and benefits and labour relations. You’ll also have the opportunity to apply to further develop your consulting skills with the option of substituting two courses for the intensive community consultancy program, working with live clients to solve real problems.

Business Administration - Leadership and Management

Build on your business marketing diploma with this advanced diploma in business administration marketing. You’ll gain specialized knowledge and experience in entertainment and event marketing; market research; customer relationship management; global marketing; sales management; new media marketing; web design and more. You’ll also have the opportunity to apply to further develop your consulting skills with the option of substituting two courses for the intensive community consultancy program, working with live clients to solve real problems.

Business Analysis (Co-op)

A business analyst drives change within organizations through highly-developed communication skills; they maintain a vibrant and dynamic skill set in today’s fast-paced world. This one-year post-grad program provides you with the opportunity to practice as a business analyst and learn how to lead and drive complex changes by identifying the real problem, engaging with subject matter experts, defining requirements and solutions that deliver value to stakeholders to meet the strategic, tactical and financial goals of an organization.

Honours Bachelor of Behavioural Psychology

The Honours Bachelor of Behavioural Psychology degree equips graduates with extensive knowledge, theory, and practice in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). Students will learn to discern evidence-based practices, analyse them, and draw upon their findings to guide their own practice. The program culminates in students completing a thesis on a topic of their choice.

Honours Bachelor of Commerce - Accounting (Co-op)

Fanshawe’s bachelor’s degree in accounting will provide you with many valuable and transferable skills including financial accounting, cost accounting, management accounting, business finance, auditing and taxation in addition to a variety of general business management concepts including business strategy, marketing and human resources. Fanshawe's four-year Honours Bachelor of Commerce (Management) Degree program will give you a well-rounded education focused on effective business management. Through our business management degree program, you will acquire a strong grasp of business fundamentals in the classroom and build on that knowledge through both hands-on experience and mentoring. This business management degree focuses on in-demand concepts such as sustainable business practices and effective ethical leadership from the local, national and global perspectives.

Fanshawe’s four-year Honours Bachelor of Commerce (Digital Marketing) degree program will provide you knowledge of the core fundamentals of business including business strategy, management, human resources, accounting and leadership.
