Fitness and Health Promotion is a two-year Ontario college diploma program for students interested in the fitness industry. Students will learn anatomy and physiology, nutrition, principles of fitness, athletic injuries and personal training. Graduates of this program are able to perform the roles and responsibilities of a fitness consultant or personal trainer.

In the one-year Ontario College Certificate office administration program, students learn how to communicate efficiently, prepare reports and presentations, as well as general accounting and customer service skills. Graduates are prepared to become competent professionals that managers rely on by offering the latest office computer technology and teaching how to best use your organizational and communication skills to communicate with co-workers, managers, clients and customers.

Massage Therapy (Accelerated) is a three-year Ontario College Advanced Diploma program offered in an accelerated format over two years. If you’re a self-motivated individual who enjoys a hands-on approach to learning about horticulture and the natural environment, this apprenticeship is for you. This Horticulture Technician apprenticeship program begins with two to three years of paid on-the-job training from a horticulture employer, followed by in-class or online training delivered by experienced horticulturists. Upon completion of this program, you’ll be prepared to write the qualification exam administered by the provincial government and ready to launch your career.
